"The building consists of 250 collective housing units, shops and a sports club. Various requirements in size and type, an irregular building site, different height limitations on the south and north sides and the combination of inner and outer corridors in order to optimize natural light make for a complicated scheme, requiring over 100 types of housing units. The façades reflect this diversity."
